Scientists have found out where the world’s most useful fish lives

For normal functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, each person needs to eat an average of 1 gram of polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 daily. They are found in some types of oil, spinach, wild meat, algae and some types of fatty fish. It was the fish that aroused special interest among scientists and they decided to find out which fish contains the most PUFA, is the most useful and where it lives.

Scientists from the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS have studied the level of fatty acids in species of whitefish that were grown in natural conditions. After obtaining the necessary data, researchers compared their indicators with a huge array of information, published in different years and in different countries. As it turned out, it is in Siberia that the most useful fish lives. Most of the polyunsaturated fatty acids omega-3 is found in the Yenisei omul and whitefish, which lives in Lake Sobachye.

The World Health Organization has affirmed that PUFA is one of the most necessary components for the human diet. With its regular use, the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and nervous system disorders decreases.

Even when everything is in order with the nervous system, it is still necessary for documentary confirmation for employment, obtaining a driver’s license and in some other situations. But a certificate from the psycho-neurological dispensary is no longer a problem if you seek help from qualified specialists who will tell you in detail how and what to do to obtain such a certificate, and also help in its design.
