He served as a President of the Inland Empire League of Cities from 1998 to 1999 and as a Chairman of the Board of Supervisors from 2006 to 2008. In 2002, he was elected as Supervisor in the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. Paul is a family man and resides at Alta Lama. He produced continuous attempts towards the development of the Second district.
