Libre Computer introduced a full-fledged computer on one board
The Chinese company Libre Computer introduced the novelty – a full-fledged single-board computer Renegade Elite, the second after Renegade was released last year on the basis of Raspberry Pi (a single-board computer the size of a bank card).
Renegade Elite has a more advanced and fast six-core processor Rockchip RK3399 (2 cores Cortex-A72 and 4 Cortex-A53), as well as a quad-core graphics processor Mali-T860. The computer has 4 GB of RAM, an eMMS5.x interface for the drive, a microSD card slot, 1 HDMI 2.0 port, 3 USB 2.0 Type-A ports and 2 USB 3.0 Type-C ports (one for power supply) and Ethernet.
The ability to connect multiple displays provides USB-C ports that also support DisplayPort technology. Additional I / O capabilities are provided by the IR receiver and the UART interface. According to representatives of Libre Computer, the computer is compatible with Android Oreo and Linux (versions 4.19 and 4.4, optimized for Rockchip).
The Renegade Elite sales start is scheduled for August, and the first model Libre Computer Renegade is available now for $ 35 on LoverPi and Amazon.
