Another good option is a glass of milk . Scientists say that milk and dairy products have the ability to reduce the concentration of sulfur-containing compounds in the mouth, and fatty dairy products do this at times better than fat-free.
Bacteria that contribute to bad breath are usually found in plaque and under the gum line. There is evidence that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar , dissolved in a glass of warm water and soaking before or after a meal, can also cope with an unpleasant odor.
