I dont care what it is you consume for this cheat mean. The only cause for is to boost your metabolism once again for the week ahead. Now, this diet plan is really difficult to do. You are not consuming solid meals, but in the finish, who can complain when they lost 16 pounds in 18 days. I know I wont along with other consumers. So go ahead, take a likelihood and try it.
